View Full Version : Questions for bi girls?

As Kinsey figured out, our sexuality doesn't fit in neat little boxes. I've been wondering more about this, and my own sexuality, and hoped I could get a sense of what its like for other girls here. So my questions are:

1) How old were you when you realized/thought you were bi?

2) Was there a defining moment when you knew you were bi?

3) Do you find you are equally attracted to both sexes, or one more than the other?

4) Do you find you tend to date other bi-girls as well, or mostly straight guys or lesbian girls?

5) Do you seek the same non-physical qualities in boys as you would in girls?

6) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in girls?

7) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in guys?

8) Have you ever been in, or would consider an open relationship (dating and being sexually active with other people)?

9) If yes to 8) do you introduce your different partners to one another or keep them separate?

10) What do you think is the most challenging/difficult part of being bi?

11) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a straight boy vs a bi boy? If so what?

12) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a lesbian vs a bi girl? If so what?

Thanks!!

1) How old were you when you realized/thought you were bi? Around 13 or 14.

2) Was there a defining moment when you knew you were bi? Not really. I just noticed that as I was getting older, I was attracted to girls and guys.

3) Do you find you are equally attracted to both sexes, or one more than the other? I'd like to think I'm equally attracted to both sexes.

4) Do you find you tend to date other bi-girls as well, or mostly straight guys or lesbian girls? I've only ever dated straight guys.

5) Do you seek the same non-physical qualities in boys as you would in girls? Yes.

6) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in girls? Nice boobs, a pretty smile, a nice butt, long hair, being physically fit, and nice eyes.

7) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in guys? Nice arms, a nice smile, nice eyes, and being physically fit.

8) Have you ever been in, or would consider an open relationship (dating and being sexually active with other people)? I haven't been in one but I would consider being in one. Not at the moment though seeing as I'm in a relationship.

9) If yes to 8) do you introduce your different partners to one another or keep them separate? Most likely introduce them.

10) What do you think is the most challenging/difficult part of being bi? Explaining it to people I suppose. And I guess being misunderstood; being bi doesn't mean we're greedy or "confused". We know what we like and it's both sexes.

11) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a straight boy vs a bi boy? If so what? I don't think there would be. The only difference would be that if he were bi we could talk about hot guys and girls together. :P

12) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a lesbian vs a bi girl? If so what? No, I don't really think so.

1) How old were you when you realized/thought you were bi?
Initially at 13 ish. I wasn't fully sure until recently

2) Was there a defining moment when you knew you were bi?
It was a gradual process, and I think the process is still... processing.

3) Do you find you are equally attracted to both sexes, or one more than the other?
I prefer girls. Like, 70/30.

4) Do you find you tend to date other bi-girls as well, or mostly straight guys or lesbian girls?
I haven't really dated a lot.

5) Do you seek the same non-physical qualities in boys as you would in girls?
Mostly.

6) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in girls?
Somewhat fit. Good hygiene. Nice smile. Nice eyes. A little Taller than me at least.

7) What do you find physically/sexually attractive in guys?
Again, somewhat fit. Good hygiene. Nice smile. Nice eyes. Tall-ish.

8) Have you ever been in, or would consider an open relationship (dating and being sexually active with other people)? I never been in one, and I doubt I would consider it.

9) If yes to 8) do you introduce your different partners to one another or keep them separate?

10) What do you think is the most challenging/difficult part of being bi?
Monosexism, bi-erasure. Even some people in the LGBT community pass bi folks off as "greedy" or "confused".

11) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a straight boy vs a bi boy? If so what?
Ummm I think a bi boy might be a little more understanding of being queer. Not much difference I would think.

12) Do you think there are or would be significant differences for you dating or being in a relationship with a lesbian vs a bi girl? If so what?
Maybe not much. I could be wrong on that though.
