Ok so im really good at trying to be the nice guy and being flirty and all that jazz with girls then somehow one way or another ending up pissing them off on accident. I've been told by girls that if you have a crush on more than one girl that you are not ready for a relationship. Do you agree? I dont think its a bad thing to have more than one crush as long as i only focus on one.

It depends on how big the crush is, it's fine to fancy different people. It's just not ok to try n date different people as that's just not good.
