I just broke up with my girlfriend recently, and she doesn't want to get back together,and I just got into a fight with my brother and dad earlier and busted my brothers ear drum,and now im feeling a lot worse,and I haven't been able to spend time with friends/a girlfriend my whole life,and im constantly having murderous and violent thoughts,and im struggling really bad with losing my mom,and I've also lost hope on everything :'(

That's a lot of stuff to cope with. I'm sorry you're going through all this. I hope everything will be fixed soon.
I suggest you go see a therapist asap. They can help a lot with figuring out how to deal with those sort of things.
