starving,sleep depriving,and dehydrating my self

so i've broke up with my girlfriend,me and her got hurt really bad and she said she's never being with me again,i broke up with cause i lost hope (if you read some of my past threads,you'll understand) now i'm not sleeping,eating or drinking

This is a really stupid idea.

The sooner you start learning from your mistakes, and learning how to handle things the right way, the sooner life will start looking up. Until then, yeah, of course life is going to suck.
