Do Italians have larger dicks?

I have a friend who is mostly Italian. When he was in the bathroom, I looked in the window and his penis was HUGE!! This friend is 2 years younger than me. And we are probably at the same stage in puberty. I've seen his dick before without him knowing but it was never that big. He was probably 4" flaccid. I'm like 3" flaccid. Anyone know if that's true?

i've heard this too but it's just a stereotype. there's no ethnicity or group of people that has larger dicks than another whole ethnicity or group of people. each individual is different.

Penis size between caucasians(white people) barely differs. On average, Asian men tend to have slightly smaller penises while Black men tend to have bigger penises. Humans in different parts of the world evolved differently, hence there's statistical differences.
