Is it possable to just not care?

I always go through so much unnecessary worry and anxiety in life. I thought to myself today that I wished I was one of those people who just wanted to die. I wonder if I was like that if this terrible suffering from worrying over life would stop. I'm just always so fucking worried over everything to the point of paranoia. I wish I could just not give a crap.

Understand what you mean,I always worry so much myself...I worry so much I get sick when I have new things to do and all.
I always tried ways to stop worrying so much...but I just can't. I reall feel like I don't want to care anymore but I just can't do it...so if you find something that works, tell me.

Honestly, anxiety's a bitch. I wish I could stop worrying and caring about everything, but I can't do it. Wish I knew how as well...
