Hi,

I'm not sure about where I want to be with my sexuality, as I guess a lot of people are. Awhile back me and a friend, another boy, became really close and it became more than experimenting, but less than full sex, and we really liked it. We would try and spend a lot of time together, some times just holding hands or being close and sometimes more.

I'm also attracted to girls, and he is too, and we kind of decided to spend less time together personally, but still with our long time group of friends.

My question to everyone I guess is, has anyone been really sure about your sexuality at my age, 14, that you felt it was how you would be for the rest of your life?

The time we were together was great, and it didn't stop us from being with our other friends but after awhile it changed and we both felt the same way at the same time. Has anyone else gone through this?

Everything but the sexual part yes , I felt the same way about someone back a while ago but I don't see him much anymore plus hes 18 now so it'd be illegal anyway

I've totally gone/going through this Paul. Have a friend just like that. same stuff between us now simmering down. Both find girls attractive/appealing but still guys too. So I'm not certain at all. I'll be 14 in a couple of months. But from what all I read, it's common to be confused, swing both ways, do stuff with a buddy from 13 to 16 or so and still end up getting married and becoming a dad. My dad knows about me and my friend and has hinted he had a similar friendship at my age, which is why he's always been so cool about me and my buddy.

At your age I was a confirmed straight guy with no interested in guys as anything but platonic friends. At age 16 I got a hj from another guy which I found to be very nice. Now, almost a full year later, at age 17 I am in the early stages of a relationship with a really great guy. We are enjoying being together and exploring each others body. So, I still identify as straight, but am exploring my bi side. This seems to be normal for us guys, I just got a later start than most of the guys on VT. I'm the same way except I have never experimented but I want to just to try it out
