Foreskin attached to rim

Hi, so this is my first time posting on here and i don't really know how this works but...
I am 18 years old and i have done some googleing around the web and i think i have a problem. My foreskin seems to be attached to the rim of my penis' head; not the entire way around, just the top part. I know it isn't the frenulum because that is on the bottom part. I'm starting to get concerned :(

Are you circumcised?

If you are its whats called skin bridges, where the foreskin, as it was healing post op, reattached itself to the head

Let me just say internet diagnosis' are the worst thing a ever, I don't think you have a major problem, if you're worried just see a doctor. There will be treatments available, and trust me, circumcision won't be necessary. Hope this helps ��
