It may not have been a factor, it's hard to tell. It may have contributed to you not having sex though, I do see both sides of the situation though.

I am with you there, pets in the room while having sex is a lil strange, in my opinion. I was just meaning that she may have not seen it as a big deal and that is why she wanted to have it in the room. Like I said, it is hard to determine the reasoning. Possibly talk to her about it, if you guys are close enough and you obviously want this to happen.

i think as long as its not taking part in it, or anywhere near you it should be fine. but i just dont understand why she would really push to have a dog in the room... like why is that such a necessity i dont understand.

Well.... Yeah that does sound weird, but she probably had her reasons on it. You'd have to talk to her about it. Think about it this way, you have you're reasons why you didn't want the dog in the room cause you thought it was weird ( which it kinda is ) but she may feel differently.
