If you did the you may be going to court or get a fee or even get sent to jail but I haven't seen anyone do it I just saw an add about it in the internet

I don't really know either but I've seen countless videos of cars crashing into trains, etc.

If you're not guilty, nothing will happen and you'll just get money from your insurance company. But if you are, I don't think you'd be put behind the bars, maybe a little fine for causing the accident and that's it
