I'm not sure if those are your real numbers but if they are, your bench press and deadlift are waaaaaayy low compared to the other lifts. Deadlift should always be the strongest lift, I youre squating 390 you should be dead lifting 400+

I've never tried more than 200 on dead lift, and bench, isn't that important

If you think I'm joking I'm not. Of course I had someone there to spot me ( my dad ) At my weight and age, which is 15, I've already set a national record in that category. Though it's not noticed yet. I read that the national record for my weight and age in benching is 264.50lbs. Well yesterday I just maxed out on 290. I'm not turning 16 till next May, and I don't think I'll gain 20 lbs more within the near future, 20lbs meaning I'd be in the 164 weight class, in which the record in 292lbs. I am trying to get myself noticed about the benching, so I can possibly set a new record. I come from a real strong family though, my dad used to squat 710lbs for 10 reps at only 215lbs, so it's no real surprise that I'm benching the way I am.
