It's perfectly normal. It could be caused in many ways like maybe you haven't masturbated in awhile, and you had more than enough cum and it just came (I probably worded it wrong but yeah). It's normal dude happened to me a couple times when I sleep (Wet Dream).

If you had an orgasm, and was really cumming, you might have a small disorder, but nothing to worry about.

If it is slimier then normal cum, and more clear, then it's just precum and it's normal. It happens and high levels of arousal. The more you watch the more will slowly just seep out.

If there was just a wet patch, then you didnt ejaculate, you just had some pre-cum. Its just a little leakage when you are really horny, nothing to worry about

If you didn't have an orgasm. I would assume it was pre-ejaculant. It usually will happen if you are aroused. Nothing to be concerned about in any way, shape, or form.

Yeah I think this case was like several of the others said; you didn't orgasm or anything (did YOU feel an orgasm? I'm guessing you just "felt" the wet patch). When we get especially aroused we just start to leak pre-ejaculatory fluid ("precum") its basically the male's version of "lubricating ourselves" as a natural way to prepare ourselves for sex.

Dont worry about it. I have, on occasion, been able to ejaculate completely without touching it, just by the use of visual imagery. Its just what "ThatCanadianGuy" said, pre-cum.
