Ibuprofen, hot bath, muscle relaxant, tea, curl up in bed and watch soothing tv, take a nap. In that order. (because you could fucking drown if you got in the bath after taking a muscle relaxant )

I usually just lay down, relax, and watch Netflix to distract me til they stop.

Ibuprofen, and if you have a hot water bottle, those things work wonders. Netflix is a great way to distract yourself from the pain.

I usually take Tylenol as i can't take ibuprofen and a long hot bath. Then i curl up with a pillow tucked in my belly untill the cramps goes away.

Midol and drink lots of fluids and eat bananas or other high potassium foods (note this also works great for hangovers)
