My friend wants to escape.

My friend recently told me she wanted to move out because of her mother treating her unfairly. Her mother recently said to her and I quote "I fucking hate my c*nts of kids, I wish I never had them" to her face.

Coupled with this is the fact that my friend has had depression before and because of this she says she's starting to feel like she did before when she had it.

Anyone have experience with this and have any advice, she's currently considering staying with a friend for a while until she can figure things out.

If you really want to help...help her to improve her psychology by being in her company.
Most importantly, listen to her.
Another thing you can do is to do activities together such as gaming, jogging, etc which will help to reduce her depression.

If she feels she's being emotionally abused, she might want to seek intervention. If that won't work, moving out might be the best idea.
