Wash your face with face wash everyday and it'll go away. When I was going thru puberty I had acne

Depending on the severity you can try washing your face daily with acne scrubs and stuff that you can get from grocery stores. If it keeps on going try going to your doctor and they can prescribe drugs like Roaccutane and stuff, these drugs are generally pretty effective from what I've seen.

I would go to a dermatologist if I were you. I had pretty bad acne for a few years, and that's what I did. She prescribed me doxycycline (antibiotics), tretinoin (cream), and told me to use regular acne wash along with it. It has absolutely worked wonders on me, I still have a few pimples here and there but my face looks so much better as a whole.

This works, I went to a dermatologist and she prescribed the same, except for the antibiotic, I can't remember which one it was...

Yeah like people have said, wash your face daily with soap and water. My doctor also prescribed a special cream that I can use so it prevents future breakouts

To add to the list of suggestions. Try taking vitamins. Especially vitamin A.
Do not take too much vitamin A though or it can hurt you. Ask your dermatologist. Also try not to consume as much sugar. Sugar helps to cause acne.

I don't know I have it too but my parents told me to sleep early and it started to disappear or you can use some kind of cheap that prevents it

If it won't go away with OTC medication, you can always go to a dermatologist and get prescription-grade acne cleanser.

Just make sure it's covered by your health insurance because mine wasn't and it was like $120 without it :P

I've done that stuff but it dried out my skin. If it dries out yours, don't use lotion! I did and the oils just make the acne worse, no matter how much you wash your face. Get a facial moisturizer and you'll be good to go.

Wash your face, but not with a towel, that's too rough on the skin and it will get irritated. You could also use medication. Also having a great diet helps as well. The sun can do wonders as well. Biggest thing however is try to relax, if you lived a stress-filled life. Stress=Acne.

I feel like the Good Advice Duck typing this. :P

I used to have moderate acne, I went to the dermatologist & was prescribed Ziana. If you're prescribed an acne medication they're usually pretty good w/ giving you manufacturer coupons. Luckily, I have health insurance, so Ziana is only $50, but without insurance it's around $500. The dermatologist gave a coupon that made the copay under $50 for the first 2 tubes (1 tube last around 8 months) so I only paid $25. If you don't want to visit a doctor then you can just do an at home routine, but it may not be as effective. You can look up skin care routines for your specific skin type, all vary! Good luck! :-)

if it's bad, go to your doctor, and they will be able to recommend a dermatologist for you.
There's a bunch of options when it comes to acne stuff: (everyone is different however)
-wash face when it gets greasy with a soap that's not harsh. Preferably moisturizing.
-acne wash creams that are OTC medications. Drug stores have them
-diet change. fatty foods and lots of sugar can cause more acne. also exercising can help. Heck, general healthy habits can help. Even being happier, as stress and depression can cause acne. Even being born on a thursday can cause it. Or saying your name too much :P
-prescribed drugs. since acne is an issue partly because of bacteria, antibiotics for acne can help decrease infection and inflammation of acne, essentially healing it.
-DON'T FUCKING TOUCH YOUR FACE!!! DON'T FUCKING DO IT!!!

I use a drug like above, with washing my face two-three times a day with a soap with honey in it. Honey has antibacterial properties and helps healing, as i almost always have inflammation that is irritated. I also try not to pick at my skin or touch my skin. It is difficult. My acne isn't gone but it's a lot better than a year ago.

before buying random acne creams and stuff, i'd go to a dermatologist. i used to have acne and one time i bought a random cream in the drugstore. my skin had an allergic reaction to it and it resulted in horrible breakouts and spots and redness. my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and a (rather expensive) cream, but its worked amazingly.
