I am cut first of all, just to clear it up.

On my penis I have some very dry spots one part of it is red and some skin flakes off. I really want to get it fixed.

How should I go about seeing a doctor without my parents knowing?

i dont think you need to see a doctor, just put some lotion on it to moisturise it!

ya just put lotion on it i used have a problem like that but lotion fixed it

Yes just use some lotion. It doesn't need medical needs from a doctor.
