Sorry if this may be a repeat post, I am new to this forum. Rendomly throughout the month I will enter a state of temporary psychosis, in which my regular mind set of joy are pushed to the background, and enter a dark series of philosophical thoughts regarding the theory of immortality and immortality blues, death, reincarnation, and sometimes even running through the suicidal thoughts. Has this ever happend to anyone else? I am afraid that I will have a complete meltdown and actually get close or to commiting suicide or simply enter a psychotic phase and stat there for the rest of my life... please help me someone.

Hate to break it to you, but this isn't psychosis- however, it does seem a bit like it could be anxiety-related. (I usually get anxiety when I'm 'trying to be deep')
Psychosis is more along the lines of delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, etc. I experience psychosis sometimes as a symptom of bipolar disorder, when I'm manic.

See, for me it feels like anxiety, but I can't necessarily say it'll be the same for you.

When I think these thoughts, I tend to worry, and get depressed or suicidal as well.
