No most guys your age have these thought and feelings about other guys. It doesnt mean your gay or weird or that there is anything wrong its just part of the fun of puberty

I would generally consider myself as straight (I'm not in denial or anything) but recently I have been having fantasies about sexual stuff with guys, but really just one friend. He's 14 (I'm 16) and pretty sure he hasn't reached puberty yet- he's just like a kid. That's what I like about him though- he's cute- but has the normal mind of a 14 year old. Is this bad? I often masturbate thinking about him and when I'm with him I just want to touch him. Is any if this particularly bad? Thanks

No its not weird, Its normal for a guy to expirence feelings for a friend ( I was 12 and my first guy crush was 15. ) so I don't think its bad at all

It's just curiosity, sometimes I think of my friends when I masturbate and I'm straight.

Its just curiosity fueled by loads of hormones pumping through your system. Nothing weird or bad about it.

Totally agree! When you guys are just horsing around give him a shoulder rub and tell him he is a lot of fun. If he seems to enjoy it make it longer. If not cut it short. His reaction will tell you a lot about him. Follow his reactions, don't push it just take it slow and easy.

Curiousity is completely and 100% normal. It's not being "gay" or "bi", that's only if you're attracted to ONLY guys or BOTH, guys and girls and you wanna be in a regular relationship with them. Maybe talk to him a little bit about sex and take it from there?

Usually I thought about people like this who were older than me. I think its normal though, cos you're at a curious age, and part of the curiosity for me was looking around to see who else had signs of puberty - which was kinda hot to think about. THe hairless, pre-pubescent thing is a common thing that's arousing, and part of the curiosity to discover stuff.

Yeah, I have to agree that its not weird at all because we all develop crushes of one type or another on our friends, boy or girl, its just something normal and part of the growing up process. I too had a boy crush when I was 12 and he was 15.
