OK a friend of mine has or had cancer of testicles and had them removed, He did not have fake ones put in sac.

Guys would you have fake that have no purpose or leave the sac empty?

Sorry to hear about your friend, but I'd probably want "fake" ones in, but I haven't faced that situation so I guess it would come down to if it ever happened.

If there's nothing actually working down there, I would have the sac cut off.

Allergies to the synthetic material, the risk of having leftover cancerous cells enclosed with the prosthetic testes, the risk of having an infection on the operation site. I really don't get why I would want fake ones, it's not like I'd want anyone seeing that.
