I noticed I am becoming more and more sensitive. If I touch my penis, it gets instantly hard.

Or, if one of my friends makes a sexual joke or talks about it, I get hard.

I am wondering: is anyone else the same?

I think it's because of the hormones that make us horny all the time. I am 15 as well and this happens to me a lot.

Totally. Keep in mind that hypersensitivity is a common thing to those of us on the autism spectrum. Usually that pertains to light and sound, but I think sexual stimulation could easily be included. There's many times I think I get hypersensitive sexually at times where the slightest thing gives me a raging hard erection and very little rubbing causes me to orgasm, and the orgasms are extra intense.

Completely normal the hormones such as testosterone and dopamine are not regulated and sometimes there is an unbalanced amount of these hormones released
