nobody. when a smaller team wins, i.e. Greece at Euro 2004, everyone remembers. I think the best bets for a similar outcome are on Belgium and Chile. Maybe the Swiss or Bosnia too.

i think it'd be cool if a team that isnt usually considered to win might overcome the odds and do it. I think it'd be cool if one of the african teams won
