So recently, my therapist recommended me to get a part time job to work on social skills and maturity. There's a few places I can go have one so I may do it. Question is, how do I do so with other responsibilities? I'm kinda worried I won't get much accomplished.

You could try doing a part time job like babysitting. You would be constantly interacting with other people, and it take a lot of maturity, but also you could work on other stuff while watching the kid/kids.

How about tutoring?
My high school had a tutoring program (it was done free, for community service hours) where they'd bus the high school kids over to the elementary / middle schools (1-2 times a week for 1 hour) where they'd help the little kids with their homework, studying, and reviewing. You could also do tutoring outside of school if your high school doesn't offer something like this ~ if you choose to do it on your own, you can offer days / times that work for you. During the summer I would do 3x week for 1 hour sessions and we would meet at the public library ~ they probably have textbooks / resources there that you can use, or you can find things like activities and lesson plans online based on the kid's grade level and what subject/s they need help with.

Tutoring kids will always be great experience and being a baby sitter boost your patience as a human being. This include love and maturity. :)
