You didn't say what age you just turned so we don't know how long your penis has been growing for or what the liklihood is of it growing further. There is no need to worry though the 5.75" you have now is within the normal range for an adult and is perfectly big enough to work well whether that is in your hand, a mouth or a vagina. Vaginas aren't hugely deep - you don't need a broomhandle.
