Also does .iso files, very handy program.

I prefer using MagicISO though for iso files

I use 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). It's open source software, and it gets the job done.

It's handy if you want to quickly extract an .iso though, MagicISO is good for mounting the .iso to a virtual disk or burning it to disk.

If you're just looking for a program to Extract Compressed files, and not to create them, Universal Extractor is the best I've been able to find. It'll extract pretty much any extractable file made.

Site: http://legroom.net/software/uniextract
Download: http://uniextract.c1pher.com/uniextract15.exe

You right click on the Compressed File, Be it Zip, Rar, Iso, Etc, and click "UniExtract To SubDir" and it'll extract the contents of the File to a directory it creates there for you.

Just to be clear, it's for Extracting only, not creating compressed files.
