In my noble quest to get through high school in one piece, I've been trying to get one thing er, person that I kind of want, a boyfriend. Now that I know what I am, in terms of sexuality (cisgender homosexual bicuriousromantic ?) I've been wanting a boyfriend. And so, I have a few questions about relationships.
How do I figure out, if someone will "swing that way"?
How do I meet people that don't want to beat me over the head with a shovel and bury me in a shallow grave alongside the interstate (people around here are MEAN)?
Is 15 too young to be in a romantic relationship?
How do I tell the straight females attracted to me (being the pathetic, geeky loser that I am, they are very few and far between, but they do exist) that I'm not interested?
And finally,
Why does being romantic with someone feel so right, but at the same time so awkward?

You need to be sensible enough to understand well people's behaviour. Some gay stereotypes are totally inaccurate, but others really make sense, such has hanging out mostly with girls, for instance. And after you meet that person, you need to look for flirty signs, and their attitude towards homosexuals.

You never know when people are going to stab you in the back, so I guess that, apart from trying to meet lots of people and being minimally social, you always need to be prepared for the worse and assure yourself that that person can really be trusted.

I don't think so. Just be careful.

Just tell them you're not interested, or you're not ready to commit to a relationship, or that you don't want it to affect your studies and your social life. Don't tell them you're gay if you're not ready.

It feels right because it's in human nature to feel good when we are loved by someone, when we know there's someone that really cares about us. It's awkward because, in case of gay relationships, you feel that you're doing something that most people still don't accept, so there's always some thrilling involved, and because it might be your first relationship with a guy.
Just one more thing: don't be so hard on yourself. You need to make sure you give value to things you're good at, because you're unique, and people will also need to find those positive aspects on yourself in order to like you.
