I was about to masturbate earlier today, but I noticed a blister thing on my penis. I know it's not an std because no one outside my family has even seen my dick, and it doesn't hurt so I don't think it's an infection. It's just a little bump on the side of my dick and it's a little lighter colored at the top. It doesn't hurt unless I press on it. It kinda sticks out to the side and I can see it sticking out without even rotating my dick. Could it be a blister from masturbating or something? Have any of you ever had this happen?
