What is your gym routine.
Mine is
Monday back and chest
Tuesday legs
Wednesday cardio
Thursday arms and shoulders
Friday core/abs
Saturday what ever I slacked on
Sunday rest/ jog

I dont have a set day of the week because its a 4 days split

Day 1/push/ chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2/pull/ back, biceps
Day 3/ rest
Day 4/legs, calves, etc

abs I do every day I feel like it which is maybe 4 times a week or 5

Right now I'm doing PHAT, which is:

Day 1: Upper body lower
Day 2: Lower body power
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders/back hypertrophy
Day 5: Lower body hypertrophy
Day 6: Chest/arms hypertrophy
Day 7: Rest

I usually do ab work on lower body days or whenever really, try to do it a few times a week.
