I have back hair and I feel like I'm the only teenager with it if you do have it how do you shave it off.

There's a kid with down syndrome and he has tons, he's in 7th grade, well was, and he also shaves his cheeks, so I'm questioning his age... Or does down syndrome make you very hairy?

He eats this grotesque purple goo at lunch, I saw him eat once. :(
