A friend with a problem.

I have this friend which has a bit of a problem with a girl.

He has a very clingy girl and he just doesn't like her anymore. He wants to tell her that it is not working anymore and has asked me for advice!

What do I say to him?!?!
How do you tell a girl it's over and stop her from being clingy?!

Be direct. Just say leave me alone I don't want to date you!!! If you're too subtle are quiet she'll keep pursuing him and don't ignore her because she'll be more clingy/annoying.

Tell him to be honest, tell her kindly but honest so she doesn't get hurt. Excusing it will make it worse and finding loopholes will make her think worse.
