I have a questions for guys with abs? How hard is it too loose weight and ger abs i weigh about 245.2 as of this morning.... And i was wondering how hard it would be too get buff?

It can be very hard for some people to shed weight and easy for others - can you get a good diet - healthy foods.
Might be easier to try a healthy diet and start with easy exercise if you can - like walking then jogging or swimming. Then start building abs but again its easy for some and harder for others.

well yea it depends on you really. how you eat workout ect. personnly im very......husky i guess and i am having a tough time so yea but good luck comrade lol

You have to lose the weight first and thats barely the beginning lol but depends on your drive to get them.
I got my 8 pack in 3 months but depends on the individual and how they train

You need to build muscle but most importantly, loose alot of body fat. At alot of gyms you can get your body fat percentage weighed. See how you come out, and try to loose alot of it; once you have less bodyfat your muscles get more visable, etc.
