Have you tried being very firm, like saying "I am allowed to be friends with whoever I want, in or out of a relationship"

Hmm, well. I hate to say it, but she's the one who's being uinfair.
You can't just drop your best friend because your GF wants you too. How does she greet you other times? Is she pushy in every day life? Or just around you best friend?

Well, I hate to say it, but if she's pushing you around in everyday life, then is it really worth the effort? To be with someone who makes you unhappy?

that's the thing.. she makes me so happy.. but the constant arguing and being accused is too much. my best friend doesn't really even wanna come around me anymore

Then in my opinion, and its is just that, an opinion. Its time to break it off. Even if she makes you happy she's ruining your friends and like you said, your always arguing. I don't think the repartionship could last in that state anyway.
