Ive tried my own semen before, but when I did it was salty and disgusting. Ive heard people say theirs tasted sweet and yummy, what exactly do they mean? Does it taste like a fruit, or juice? I really dont want to taste my own again, so I was hoping someone could give me information on it. I also heard you can change the taste by what foods you eat, is that true?

Yeah apparently your diet can have someting to do with it. Most of us here it's probably salty and blah from eating lotsa meat (tell me a teenage guy that just doesn't LOVE steak! :D). But eating more fruits and NATURALLY (not junk food) sugary stuff helps it to taste sweeter.

Sweet and yummy? Rightio then. While it's true eating natural sugars like fruit (pineapple esp. makes a diff. I have heard) can have an effect on the way your semen tastes, I doubt that no matter how much pineapple/fruits you eat, it's going to taste "sweet and yummy".

If you wash regularly and before jackin off, this scent can be reduced. If it still persists, it's most likely natural. If you're concerned, consult your doctor!

I think it's true and a lot of others do. It might and I've read things on other sites where guys have said that their gf/bf noticed a difference

If you wanna go beyond that, think of it this way: our diet affects how our sweat smells, how cloudy or strong of a odor your urine has etc, so it might affect semen, too
