To answer your question, who cares if other people think you're "too big"? I'd worry about how comfortable you are with yourself, because that's all that matters. The right partner won't like you (or dislike you) based on your bra size, they'll care more about who you are. Anyone who judges you solely by your breasts is incredibly shallow. If, by the time you're 18, you feel that your breasts really are too big, you can always get reduction surgery, but you've got a while until then so see what happens. Bottom line is, don't worry about it. :)

Well you are obviously developing fast. If you feel that you are getting back problems or something then you may want to see something about a reduction but otherwise I think it will start fitting your body more when you grow older.

I know exactly how you feel. When i was 13 i was filling out a c-cup. I was hated by a lot of girls because i was taking most of the guys attention. Be careful, many guys will try to take advantage of you just to get to your boobs. My first bf tries pulling my shirt off on our first date, in public! Dont worry they probably wont get any bigger.
