Dunk , Everyone's penis is different. Some are bigger , some are smaller ,they come in all shapes , sizes , colors etc. Im pretty sure there are many people that have a pointy penis. Mine is sorta pointy but not pointy at the same time .... idk how to explain it. Either way I hope this helped :)

Yes, but if you look at the shape of the head between the hole at the end and the rim at the back of the head the exact shape of that curve varies. In some people it is almost straight so the head would be triangular in cross section and therefore more pointy whereas for others it is closer to a convex parabola making the tip much blunter. All this variation is quite normal.
