From what i see, the black guy started his car when the womans' children passed by and either of the children got startled. Now it does make sense that the man wasn't taping it before that because you won't tape everything 24/7, but something -could- have happened before. Nevertheless what this woman did was overreacting, she did it in front of a supermarket, in front of her children. And sure, the man provoked her, but who the hell wouldn't? I laughed my ass off at the woman and felt pity for the man and children...

I reccomend that for those who are interested she went on a radio show and explained her side if the story. She claims she's "bipolar and has a black cousin". Not sure how that will excuse her from the incident.
