I currently have an (according to Pfanner) adultlike hair mass under my armpits. I think rhe first hairs appeared when i was 12 1/2 years old, but i'm not sure.

Mind telling us how old you are? It'll help us resolve the issue.

Everyone is different, I didn't start growing any armpit hair until I was 17.

I think mine grew up when I was like 12/13 idk. For me, it was armpit hair first and then pubes came afterwards.

I didn't really get a decent amount until I was like 15. I know people who had plenty of hair when they were 13. Hair growth, much like everything else related to puberty, is different from person to person.

Well, there is no "set" age as to when one will start to grow armpit hair, it has many factors that include, age, race, gene pool, and how far along you are in puberty. Do not sweat it as to what everyone else your age has, as to everyone is different and your body matures at different rates as to others.

It depends on puberty. I was 13 and then I finally got armpit hair. Some people start early , some of them are "late". I can't really tell you an exact answer. Hope this helped

I think I was around 12, but even to this day it hasn't grown enough to the point where it needs shaved constantly.

You'll get them whenever you'll get them, it's not like you need be as hairy as a gorilla to be a man, or be macho, or whatever.

OH WOW! Don't worry my friend! SAME HERE! Haha I'm 15 and it seems like everyone has a forest growing under there and I barely even have peach fuzz! Just give it some time to grow because I mean it's not like we have some disorder or something! :) and personally, idk about you, but I like not having hair because I feel like it's more sanitary and it looks better and I also don't have to worry about grooming my pits! :)

I was about 10/11 when I got armpit hair, and I mean lots of it.. I hated it, I was embarrassed of it, and I just shaved it off whenever I had to be in a situation where it had the potential to be exposed. I stopped shaving it when I was 13/14, because other people of my age who had it too.

Moral of the story: The grass is always greener on the other side.

It's normal, don't be embarrassed of it like I was, it will only draw more attention.

It's not age that matters, it's how far into puberty you are. I've just turned 13 and I have a considerable amount.

It started 12 but even now I don't have a crazy amount. It starts at different ages and people grow different amounts. only time will tell. there is no point in worrying about it though
