So once again not sure where to post this, just assuming it belongs in a hospital.
Anyways.

There's this girl at school, i told her the cat on her notebook was adorable then she suddely erupted in a rain of words and my vision got a bit unclear and i heard her say words rapidly and high-pitched but it appeared to be mumbling, i'm so confused... i didn't ask her about it afterwards because i didn't want to hurt her by saying i hadn't listened, but it was probably not very important.

Now to the case, is this something weird on my side or do more people have it? If i can fix it, how? Or is it just how she talks?

I kind of recognise this.
I'm very bad at having serious conversations with people. I get a terrible headache and my mind wanders off constantly. I just can't concentrate.

I suck at informal conversations too because I can't understand the words they say. I constantly think my friends are saying something completely different than they are actually saying.
It's annoying them, and it's annoying me...

If your vision was blurred I think that is a concern but how long that lasts? maybe if she was shouting and you felt panic or just harrassed.

She was just a tad exited, that's all...
It really looked like one of the cartoons, it did get blurry and you vaguely saw her mouth moving but all you heard was high-pitched mumbling.
It's probably because i had too little sleep :C

I think it may be related somewhat to anxiety issues or anything like that?
I think that's the case for me.

idk about the blurry vision but yeah the audio part I'm familiar with. In a room where a lot of people may be speaking all i hear is noises and i can't distinguish the voices even if someone's talking to me until he/she is sitting very close. Some times though even if there aren't many people around i don't hear the voices clearly, they are just noises. It gets pretty annoying.
