so u may have seen my last post well today i told her and she made me sigh a contract that said i wouldnt kill myself i would change from using razors to cut to something else and if i needed help i would get it she told my grandma and her bf im now im not supposed to be alone for long periods of time i have an appointment with a crisis person tommrow to make a plan i most likely will have to increase the amount of times a week i see my councelar at the moment they said since im tlking to them they dnt have to send me back to rescue (crisis center) wish me luck thx for all ur guys help
