To some. It's probably the derogatory LGBT-related word that's getting the most reclamation.

To answer OP, I don't fit under a label, never mind under the limited options given, but if anyone harps about it, I tell them that I'm grey-asexual, which is the closest fit.

I've heard some people use it offensively, but I think only in the same way that some people abuse the word 'gay' and swap it with 'stupid', but when used properly it's fine. There are definitely different interpretations of it.


EDIT: Oh, I missed this part "plz list age and why are you the sexuality that you are". I'm 14, and I'm the sexuality that I am because this is how I was born, I couldn't choose.

It used to have a very pejorative connotation, yes. But in recent years it's been more or less "reclaimed" by the LGBT+ community to mean non-heterosexual or, in the context of gender, non-binary.

I'm 17 and I really don't know how I feel. And that's because I can't make my mind up about anything. I told most people in school I'm bi, a lot of people in my college group I'm gay and in the case of romance it's just because I can't see myself getting on too well with anyone if I'm with them all the time... I want to be gay and I think I want a boyfriend, but when I get those good feelings at random at times when I'm thinking about ...nothing... well, I can't be sure because of that. I know I like guys because.. well, they're awesome. I ended up walking part of the way home with someone I don't know yesterday and all I thought in my head was "Wow.. he's fit" and I thought the same about 2 of the guys behind the counter in PC world when we went there to replace my brother's computer monitor (:lol:) and I'm sure how >I< feel about this but it's the conflicting messages that slightly tell me otherwise... :lol:

I'm Bisexual and I find it offensive, don't know why, call me bent, call be an uphill gardener, call me a fairy, but call me queer and were going to have a problem.

If I had answered this question when I was 13, 14, 15, I would have said straight without a doubt. Then at 16 I got a hj from a guy, I liked it, I became very curious. Now I have a very strong desire to experiment with a guy. So, even though I still consider myself straight, I am not all that sure. Just saying we should not be in a rush to accept or establish a sexual label. :confused:
