Penile rash

Please help! I'm desperate. I'm
13 years old and have a fear of going to the doctors so I'm not doing that, but I have a rash on my penis..
It all started about 7 days ago..
My penis head had a little red spot on it.
The next day I woke up and it had spread to over half of my penis head.
The day after that, I noticed little bumps that were red (i don't know if there is puss in them) all over the shaft.
The next day after that I noticed that my penile raphe was very red looking.
Then the next day after that, my penile raphe was really red, and had pimple-like bumps on it going all the way from the glans to the bottom of the shaft. A poison ivy-like rash has spread to the area beside the penile raphe now and is spreading as I look at it.
I'm a virgin.
It isn't itchy either
Please please please help me.

I have a feeling you should visit the doctor because it shouldn't spread like that. I don't see how you could have got it on your penis, but it definitely is not poison ivy. Poison ivy would be itchy. You can get diseases without having sex, by the way. Being a virgin doesn't mean anything.

If you shave your penis area and on the shaft you might have irritated the skin I did that before and had little bumbs like yours I think don't try to pop them because they won't pop. My penis didn't get red though if it was shaving you might be allergic to the shaving cream

Did you recently masturbate with a substance you never used before, or maybe wash that area with some new body wash? Unless you did shave it and weren't careful enough. It sounds like its become very irritated by something. If it hasn't improved or gotten worse by (being I'm responding two days later), I would see a doctor whether you may feel embarrassed or not.
