I've had pubic hair since about a year before I started puberty, and hit puberty when I was 13. I've gained some height but my penis is the same. My penis is about 1.7 flaccid and 3.7 inches erect and about 3.5 in girth. My Testicles Have Grown, they're About 1.5 Inches Long Maybe Even two Inches But not A Whole Lot Bigger than they were. I have hair in my armpits, and my thighs are starting to get hair. I want to ask this one girl out but I don't want her to not like it and I don't know if they make condoms that would fit me if it came to that. I feel nervous and try to hide in the bathrooms when someone I know is next to me. It really just bothers me.

For one your gonna keep growing and for two don't lose your virginity young save it at least til 16 I lost mine at 14 bad decision.if you started puberty at 13 how old are you now it doesn't say

Hmm, sounds normal. Every part of your body grows at different speeds. Just give it time.

You have at least a few more years of developing ahead of you. Likely even more. Generally, males don't stop growing until late teens or early 20's. So calm down, you will be fine :)
Also, you shouldn't be in any rush to lose your virginity. There's really no need to.

Everything comes in at a different pace, it could just be that your penis growing bigger is towards the end of puberty.

You will grow in your own sweet time. You just gotta have patience
