sports=full body check some do it nude some have shorts to wear, head to toes just feeling your joints and back and stomac, they feel your penis and pull foreskin down and check for smegma, then feel balls for bumps and to make sure you have undesended balls and cough.

Full=same as above cept check for prostrate stuff and this is usually before a surgery or a insurance thing your parents sign up for I do not know y but thats all i know.

It depends on the physical and I didn't have a finger in mine , My doc. couldn't get mine to come up though cause I wasn't attracted to her ( she was a rpetty woman ) but I just wasn't aroused. Either way what they do is tell you noone but your doc. and your parents should see your private parts And then they grab it , and other parts and looks at them and makes sure everything is functioning properly.

They check lungs, spine, make sure my foreskin retracts properly, no hernia or lumps on my testicles. Have not had a prostate check, too young I guess. And I go with my 2 little brothers, we all get checked at the same time.

because I'm special needs i've always had a yearly full psychical. i'm guessing you just want genital exam details. up to age 11, my doctor just pulled my underwear down in front, pulled my foreskin back for a few seconds and then pulled my underwear back up. the next one when i was 12, he asked me to lower my underwear this time, and in addition to the usual penis check, he rolled my balls around and did hernia checks by putting his finger in each groin and asking me to cough. so far he hasn't put his finger up my rectum.

It would be unusual to have a rectal exam as a teen unless there was a medical condition that called for it. I have had 3, the first was embarrassing, the others were quite pleasant and got me started with anal masturbation.

Dude in my physical, first the doc warn me about what is about to happen then he inform my Dad -he is in the office and is required to be- the procedure, then he ask me to pull down my briefs then in seconds and wearing gloves he checks each ball. then He ask me to pull back my 4skin, then he ask me to pull up my briefs. that's the way at least with my doc and never finger up my ass.

I was taken to a urologist at 16 yrs cos lack of hiar development (little pubes and no beard). He got me to take off my jeans and weighed me at the entrance. Playing sports for several years, a physical is required prior to each sport, which equates to 3-4 a year. My father has always been there with me as its required. Its been a full physical, head to toe, front and back. Mostly checking muscle tissue, joints, and overall development. Most of it is done with just your underwear on and about half way through they come off while checking the genitals and other areas. Never had my prostate checked since there was no reason at my age and I usually had a semi so the doctor knew my erections were normal.

Ive had plenty of head to toe full physicals. They do all the basics except never had the butt checked. No need for it. I was asked to undress down to my underwear before the doctor came in.
