choking my self to death!!

okay,this happened when i argued with my best friend,her name is ren,and i found out she blocked me on facebook,i got really upset (you've probably red one of my forums that i have borderline personality),i felt really bad,i cut and burned my self a day or two ago,today i choked my self really hard,and i had this REALLY bad stabbing pain in the back of my neck,IT HURT SO DAMN BAD! :( ,i choked and the inside of my stomach felt like it was going to rupture

I don't think there's really a question here? All I can say is do not choke yourself again. Preferably don't cut or burn either but the extreme choking is obviously the bigger issue right now. Does your neck still hurt? If it does I really advise getting it checked out. If not all I can say is be more careful in the future.

be careful. i choked my self once. Luckily i recovered in a day so i guess i didnt do it really bad. please dont choke yourself. It is very dangerous. if it hurts get it checked out. it might be a torn muscle or vein.
