I'm 14, and I still have a 2.5-3 inch dick that I've always had, except I'm pretty overweight so maybe there's another half inch or so there. I have had some pubic hairs since I was maybe 12, and I have some armpit hairs growing now, but my dick still hasn't grown at all. Can't really develop semen yet either, apart from the one time every few weeks where a little clear stuff comes out. I'm pretty worried since I see guys my age on here saying their dick is small at 5 or 6 inches. When will it grow??!!

Your time will come. You're still young so you have plenty of years to develop

there is no specific time that you will grow. in the next few years most likely. and it might come fast. so just be patient, enjoy what u have ! it wont look like that much longer haha

You shouldn't worry about that yet. You're 14, every part of your body is still growing.

I'm only confirming what was told you before; it'll grow. If it hasn't started growing past the age of 15, you should consider seeing a doctor about it- he can give you hormones, stimulating growth.

The odd thing about this though is that you do have pubic and armpit hair, which refers to you having started puberty, and penile growth usually happens before the hair appears. I'm not a qualified doctor but you should be fine in a few years, months, hell maybe even a matter of weeks!

Well im 15 ( mine is 6.9 so might as well say 7 inches ) I started puberty at 11.... I am 21 pounds underweight ) Anyway it depends on when you started puberty, You will get bigger in time
