Does it look flaky little pieces? If you try to smell it, does it smell pretty bad? If it is, then it's probably smegma. It's your penis' response to a dirty build up of bacteria, other substances with a natural soap. This accumulates into smegma, or what the guy above me says "dink cheese".

Just be sure to keep it clean, you don't want a girl smelling that if and when she may be down there. Major turn off.

P.S. if the reason why you have this build up is because you can't clean it because you can't pull back the foreskin to reveal the meatus, research phimosis.

I can pull it back but do not use soap because it burns my pee hole and hurts to pee for 4 days.

What the hell are you blithering about?

I'm uncut and I have no problem what so ever keeping clean, I have no trouble pulling my for skin back all the way. And a build of of smeg has never been an issue for me. And its not like I'm a "clean freak" ether who showers 6 times a day. I shower the average once a day. And some times skip a day. And I have no problems.

I don't know what your doing wrong, but you need to take more care of yourself if your having so many problems. I don't think you should get cut, provided you clean properly there is no problem with it what so ever.
And on another note, soap never burns for me, perhaps that just doesn't happen to some guys.,

Don't take my word for this but I don't think you are meant to clean under the foreskin with soap.

I know the stinging hurts (I once was stupid enough to spray... yeah... well it stung, that's the point, i don't want to talk about it xD) but if you need your penis clean then the stinging is a need.

Just so you know, it's not that big of a problem. You don't even need to use soap, you can just use water to flush away the smegma.

Id say do it you will enjoy being cut after about a month because of the surgery part
