Come on now, what's "fucked up" about it? I can see how it can be very uncomfortable(both for the child and the mother, in one way or the other), but she's just trying to look out for his health. Because she has to touch his genitals? Because he's naked? Not all nude acts are sexual.

It's not a matter of logic or not, it's a matter of ethics. Considering bioethical principles, it is not right for a doctor to treat his or her family unless it is a medical emergency. Getting to not 'Pay' is not an excuse to perform an intimate examination on family.

If you were a doctor, you would want to do the physical exam for your children.

If one were a doctor, they'd know not to treat those whom they are close to, least of all when it involves close examinations such as this. Most medical councils make this very clear. Here are some examples:

Exactly. This is the whole point. Doctors run the risk of losing objectivity or negatively impacting upon their relationship with family members or close friends when they treat them.

So at the end of the day mate, just tell her you are 14 and would appreciate it if she respects your privacy. You should tell her that you know she cares, but that you are uncomfortable with her performing such a private exam. True, she has seen you naked before, cleaned and clothed you. But that was when you were a baby and a child. She doesn't bathe you now, nor dress you now. You are growing up and roles are changing. In that regard, she should understand.
