Getting a physical

I have yet to have a physical, or at least I do not remember having one before. I was wondering what to expect, and if pelvic exams are done at every physical.

I think it kinda depends. If you need a physical for sports at school or camp then those are quick and not really involved, at least in my experience. They just check to see that you are alive lol.

If you go for something like a full annual physical then more things get checked and there's a chance you'll have a pelvic exam as a part one of those.

I have never had a pelvic exam as part of a physical with my regular doctor. I think you have to go to the Gyn for that but I guess it could be different at different doctors or change based on your age.
