Inspired by Camazotz's NBA Finals poll, I decided to make one for the Stanley Cup Finals as well.

So who's going to bring home that big shiny thing? What's it called again? Uhhh... hmmm... oh, uh, that thing:

Rangers in 7 games. It's been longer since they have won.
(yeah, I really don't know...)

Not looking good for the Rangers right now. Of course, to be fair, both losses have been in OT and the last one was in 2OT. If they lose game three they're done, mark my words.

I'm rooting for the Kings, but only because Rick Nash is a fucking prick and doesn't deserve to win the cup. Nuff said :P

I kind of agree, but Dustin Brown is the biggest prick of them all. Seeing him rub his disgusting pube beard all over Lord Stanley again will make me hurl.

I watched one of their games and Kings seemed to be the better player.

Yeah, after that hit by Brown on Ryan Murray earlier in the season where he leaped in the air and aimed for his head, I lost all respect for him. He's a fucking goon.
But after that shit Nash pulled a few seasons ago around the trade deadline, I have no other choice but to root against him :P

I have a feeling a lot of Rangers fans feel the same way. He's been playing at 50% ever since he got traded. Actually, he's been playing at 50% ever since he signed that big-dollar contract. At least you guys got Dubinsky and Anisimov, though, and Erixon put up some ridiculous numbers in the A this year.

It would feel weird as hell if this ended in a sweep. I've grown used to seeing the Finals last 6/7 games. And it's been a while since there's been a sweep in the Finals, I believe 1998 was the last time it happened?

I just don't see a way out here for the Rangers. They've dug themselves an impossibly deep hole. I know there's been comebacks from 3-0 before, but I just don't see it here. This is going to be strange for me as well, a finals sweep? Damn.

Hang in there Rangers, you probably won't win the series but anything is better than being swept.

But on the bright side, my prediction was spot on.

That was so intense. Best Hockey game I've ever seen.
