I've noticed that there's sort of a trend for whether or not most people from a particular country are cut or uncut, like most people in the uk are uncut but most in the USA are cut.

Where are you from and are you cut uncut? Is that fitting with most people where you live?

Actually its up to the parents if they want they're baby boy cut or left uncut. My mom wanted me cut so they did it. I live in America

Uncut, live in the UK. Being cut or uncut is often dependant on country, e.g. its popular in the US but not so in the UK.
But also on what the parents want.

USA, uncut, 4 brothers all uncut. Have seen a few of my brother's friends and 2 were cut and 1 uncut. Don't know about my friends but I think one is cut, just got a real quick look at his penis once.

I'm from Canada and I'm happily uncut. I think the USA is the only country that cuts frequently for non-religious purposes, but countries with a high Jewish or Muslim population will have a lot of cut guys since it's part of their religion. Hope this helps :)
