Mask

I wear a mask,
I wear it each day.
It covers all my feelings.
So many things I want to say.

My mask is safe,
My mask is fake.
I hide it for me,
And for your sake.

No emotions show,
No feelings reveal.
But there is something,
Something that is real.

I needed your help,
You turned away from me.
There is nothing we can do,
This I really can see.

I dont let my feelings live,
But when they do get out,
I snap and break,
I dont know what is all about.

I sitll need help,
But you are not here.
I have said this before,
You have affirmed my fear.
